Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Remedial Quotation Administrator to support the delivery of accurate, timely and commercially robust quotations across a key account network.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, analysis and delivery of remedial and additional works quotations across a varied customer base. Working within a high‑volume estimating environment, the post holder will play an important role in supporting operational delivery and maintaining strong commercial control.

The Remedial Quotation Administrator will work closely with junior estimators, quotations teams and clients, contributing to compliant and competitive submissions. The role also supports wider account strategies by helping to minimise risk, maximise opportunity and reduce the potential for commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Price additional works arising from reactive and planned maintenance activities alongside a team of Junior Estimators
  • Support other estimators on larger or more complex tenders when required
  • Deliver a high-volume estimating function on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage the end-to-end quotation process from collation through to approval
  • Resolve commercial and technical queries with internal teams and clients
  • Produce accurate and compliant financial submissions for individual quotations
  • Identify, assess and record risks within tenders and quotations
  • Track quotations issued and manage them through to conversion of additional works

Person Specification

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
  • Previous estimating experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of NSR (National Schedule of Rates)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of accounting and financial principles
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
