Job Title: Replenisher (Warehouse Operative)
Location: Stockport (SK3)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Shift:
Monday to Friday, 11:30am – 7:30pm

Overtime Rates:

• £15.88 (1.25x) – after 8 hours per day
• £19.07 (1.5x) – Saturdays
• £25.42 (2.0x) – Sundays & Bank Holidays

Careermakers Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Replenisher on behalf of our client based in Stockport (SK3). This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse environment within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenishing stock to picking locations efficiently and accurately
• Supporting picking and packing operations when required
• Handling pharmaceutical products with care and attention to detail
• Assisting with goods-in and stock rotation
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience (replenishment, picking or packing)
• Experience using handheld scanners is essential
• Familiarity with dispatch processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good English and basic maths skills
• FLT Counterbalance licence desirable but not essential

This role would suit someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
