What you'll do:
* Act as the key point of contact between residents, clients, and site teams
* Keep residents informed about planned works and project updates
* Handle enquiries, concerns, and support residents throughout projects
* Build positive relationships within local communities
* Help ensure works are delivered smoothly with minimal disruption

What we're looking for:
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Experience in housing, construction, or community engagement (preferred)
✔ Organised, proactive, and compassionate approach
✔ Full UK driving licence (preferred)
