JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting Residential Care Practitioners for a number of opportunities across children's residential services in Derby.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a provider committed to delivering therapeutic care and positive outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, Level 3 Health & Social Care or Level 4 CYPF qualification
• Minimum 1 year's experience within Children's Residential Care or Youth Work
• Knowledge of safeguarding and children's legislation
• Full UK Driving Licence
• EBD experience 

  The Role

• Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people
• Promote positive outcomes and independence
• Support education, activities and routines
• Work as part of a dedicated residential care team
• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Starting salary £37,275.89
• Salary increase following successful probation
