A highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established and supportive property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior fee earner seeking a role within a firm known for delivering high-quality client service and maintaining a collaborative, friendly working environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a diverse residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, providing a personal and professional service to clients throughout.

The position is suited to an experienced conveyancer who is comfortable working with minimal supervision and is confident handling a full caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload (freehold and leasehold)
• Handling transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
• Progressing files efficiently while maintaining compliance and attention to detail
• Delivering a consistently high standard of client care

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE or equivalent fee earning experience
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, responsive, and able to work independently
• A collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset
