Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is working with a well‑established, conveyancing‑focused law firm in Clay Cross to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their friendly, supportive team.

Salary: £40,000+ DOE Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm (1‑hour lunch) Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays, workplace pension, free parking, assistant support, hybrid working considered after initial period.

About the Role

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  • Re‑mortgages

  • Transfers of equity

  • Registered and unregistered titles

  • Regular communication with estate agents, lenders, brokers, and clients

This is a quality‑focused role within a firm that values clear communication, practical solutions, and long‑term client relationships—not high‑volume processing.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Conveyancing Executives

  • Experienced non‑qualified fee earners

  • Solicitors or Legal Executives with residential property experience

You should be confident running a full caseload independently, have strong client‑care skills, and be comfortable working efficiently within a supportive team environment.
