Tell me more about the role….

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team, based at our Higham Ferrers office.

Although previous experience in Residential Conveyancing/ using Case Management Systems would be desirable, other suitable candidates will be considered as full training will be given. You will also be IT literate and committed.

Responsibilities…

This is a full and busy role and will include the following:

· Supporting the Team Leader.

· Dealing with initial paperwork.

· Issuing draft contracts.

· Setting up matters for completion.

· General administration.

· Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.

· Supporting other members of the team whenever possible.

· Post completion.

Requirements

You will have the ability to confidently manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, have excellent communication skills and be a team player. Good organisational skills and the ability to work within a busy team is essential. Due to the nature of work undertaken, the successful candidate will be required to be DBS checked.
