The Role
As Residential Heating Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team across multiple channels:
You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding the customer base, and delivering the strategy for residential heating growth across Ireland.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine coaching and team development with customer engagement and commercial execution.
You’ll spend time both in the office and out in the field supporting your team, meeting customers and identifying new business opportunities.

- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals
- Define and execute the residential heating sales strategy
