Springboard Care Services Ltd · Direct employer
Are you ready to make a real difference in a child's life — every single day?
Springboard Care Services is growing across Preston and the North West, and we're looking for warm, resilient, and committed Residential Support Workers to join our homes. This is more than a job. It's a career with purpose — with real opportunities to progress as we expand.
About Springboard Care Services
We are a dedicated and expanding provider of residential care and support to children and young people across Preston and the wider North West. Our mission is simple: to create safe, nurturing homes where young people can thrive through personalised care, education, and emotional support.
Our leadership team brings decades of experience across care and education. Springboard is built on quality, compassion, and ambition — and as we grow, we are developing the next generation of care professionals from within.
If you want to work somewhere your contribution is visible, your wellbeing matters, and your career can grow — this is where you belong.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be at the heart of what we do. You’ll work directly with children and young people, providing consistent, compassionate support that helps them feel safe and valued.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team, supported by experienced Team Leaders and managers invested in your development. No two days are the same — and every day you make a difference.
