I’m working with a well-established, expanding residential surveying practice looking to appoint additional Residential Valuation Surveyors due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of lender work.

The Work
- Red Book valuations
- RICS Level 2 & Level 3 HomeBuyer surveys
- Work for major banks, building societies and private clients
- Typically 3–5 inspections per day
What They’re Looking For
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- Residential valuation / survey experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Quality-focused with good commercial awareness
Earnings & Package
Two pay models available - your choice:
Option A
£50,000 basic + car allowance + strong commission
Option B
£60,000 basic + car allowance + lighter commission
Target billing: £180k–£220k
Realistic total earnings: £70k–£90k
