What will you be doing as an Resourcer?
- Supporting the team by sourcing for a high volume of vacancies, screening, and engaging candidates
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and client communications
- Managing candidate databases and keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Assisting with recruitment campaigns and client communications
- Providing cross-departmental admin support where needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience within a Resourcing position, experienced delivering large-scale recruitment campaigns across corporate or professional environments
- Confident communicator with excellent phone and email skills
- Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, positive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
