What the catering manager role involves
You’ll be running the day‑to‑day operation of all food service areas, making sure everything runs smoothly and customers leave happy. You’ll support and motivate a team, keep standards high, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
What we’re looking for
- Experience managing catering or hospitality within a retail or similar setting
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant
- Manage stock, staffing and wastage effectively
- A natural people person with strong communication and organisational skills
