We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, highly skilled, and wine-focused Restaurant Manager to lead their acclaimed fine dining room.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will take full operational ownership of the fine dining restaurant, leading a dedicated front-of-house team to deliver impeccable, intuitive service.

Given the hotel's stellar culinary reputation, you must possess a very strong background in fine dining and an exceptional knowledge of wine to elevate the guest pairing experience. You will oversee daily service, manage floor staff, maintain pristine brand standards, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every service mirrors the hotel's prestigious Michelin-recognised status.
