We’re working with a leading luxury retail brand to hire a Retail Communications Coordinator to support brand image, communications, and operational delivery across retail teams.
Key Requirements (Essential):
- Proven retail communications experience (essential)
- Background within a luxury or premium retail environment (preferred, but not essential)
- Strong experience creating presentations, imagery decks, and branded communications
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Producing engaging visual presentations and brand communications
- Supporting internal retail communications across multiple teams
- Coordinating projects, timelines, and key deliverables
- Working closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders
- Supporting campaign launches and seasonal retail updates
- Assisting with operational coordination and logistics
- Ensuring consistency across brand image and visual standards

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
