Pertemps Burton is currently recruiting for a Customer Co-Ordinator / Administrator on behalf of our client based in Stretton, Burton upon Trent (DE13 0).
Role Overview This is a hybrid role offering a mix of home and office working:
- Monday & Friday: Work from home
- Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm (office-based)
Location: Stretton, Burton upon Trent

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers to arrange deliveries
- Supporting warehouse administration when required
- Accurate data entry and system updates
- Creating and managing ullage records for all contracts
- Monitoring ullage throughout each stage of the process
- Ensuring depot process adherence and SLA compliance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computer systems and data entry tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
