Revit Technician / Building Services / Construction / MEP 

This Revit technician role is to join a busy, growing company, where you will be part of a close-knit team.

Projects are primarily high spec residential and commercial, it’s a friendly supportive working environment, where you’ll feel at home from day one.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal Engineers and design team members to create coordinated MEP models.
• Understanding of BIM and what its process involves
• Develop sketches and concepts into drawing details
• Produce detailed models to high level of detail.
• Work to achieve design integration and clash-free MEP installations.
• Prepare technical schedules.

Experience Required

• Experience in MEP design, drafting, or coordination within the construction industry
• Capable mechanical Revit technician, knowledge of AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and MEP-specific add-ons.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to MEP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
