Overview:
A market leading consultancy organisation are searching for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience working on projects in the rewards/ compensation space.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver reward workstreams across key strategic Talent projects, including annual pay review and related compensation cycles
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, from shaping scope through to execution and stakeholder sign-off
- Build and maintain clear, pragmatic project plans, adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Ensure delivery milestones are met, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Apply deep reward expertise to advise on compensation design, pay outcomes, and market positioning for the UK and Republic of Ireland
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, providing clear, actionable insight to stakeholders
- Translate complex reward concepts into practical recommendations aligned to business priorities
- Support the implementation of reward-related changes, including system transitions and process improvements
- Drive adoption through clear communication, guidance, and stakeholder engagement
- Bring a practical, delivery-focused approach to change, ensuring outcomes are embedded
- Extensive experience in Reward, with strong knowledge of compensation market, processes and practices
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects, ideally across multiple workstreams
- Demonstrated capability to pick up new areas quickly and operate with limited direction
- Strong track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining focus on delivery
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting requirements
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into insight and action
- £720 Per Day (Inside)
- 6 Months (likely extensions)
