Experienced Roofer Required – SW14

📍 Location: SW14
📅 Start Date: 15th June 2026
⏳ Duration: Approximately 1 Week
💷 Rate: £250 per day

We are looking for an experienced roofer to carry out remedial works to a natural slate roof on a residential property in SW14.

Scope of Works:

• Replace cracked, damaged and defective natural slates.
• Remove and replace slates previously repaired with mastic/bitumen compounds.
• Inspect and repair the ridge/apex as required, ensuring it is secure and weatherproof.
• Investigate existing slate fixings and report on their condition.
• Carry out all necessary repairs to leave the roof watertight.

Upon Completion:

• Clear all debris from the roof and gutters.
• Provide before and after photographs of the works.
• Provide a brief written summary of findings and any recommendations for further repairs if required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with natural slate roofs.
• Own tools and relevant insurance preferred.
• Ability to complete works to a high standard.
