We are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-School Room Leader to join a well-established independent school and nursery in Bushey.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years practitioner who is passionate about supporting children's development in a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
About the Role
- Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based learning activities
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Monitor and assess children's progress
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, parents and carers
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment
Requirements
- QTS, EYTS, EYPS, Level 6 Early Years or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working within an early years setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Two professional references
