An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Salaried GP to join a well-established and growing practice in Bermondsey as the  GP within the clinical team. The practice is seeking a committed and motivated clinician to contribute to the ongoing delivery and development of high-quality primary care services for a diverse local population.

This appointment forms part of the practice’s planned expansion in response to increasing patient demand. The incoming GP will join an experienced clinical team and play an important role in maintaining continuity of care, supporting service delivery, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

The Salaried GP will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary care services within a busy urban practice setting. This includes the assessment, diagnosis, and management of both acute and chronic conditions, as well as involvement in preventative care and health promotion.

The post holder will be expected to work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Routine and same-day GP consultations
• Management of long-term conditions and complex patient presentations
• Participation in duty doctor arrangements (flexible depending on sessions)
• Contribution to clinical governance, audits, and practice meetings
• Involvement in QOF and enhanced services delivery
• Collaboration with nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals
