What will you be doing in the sales administrator role?
- Managing inbound customer enquiries and providing excellent support
- Preparing estimates, quotations and revised costings
- Processing customer orders, repairs and parts requests
- Following up quotations and customer requests
- Coordinating workshop jobs and scheduling work
- Updating customers on job progress and order status
- Maintaining accurate system records and documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in customer service, sales support or office administration ideally within an engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced B2B environment
- Confident handling quotations, estimates or order processing
- Strong attention to detail (part numbers, serial numbers, technical info)
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and internal systems (ERP/CRM)
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
