💰 £23,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience)
We are a busy and well-established estate agency based in Alton, looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team.
This is a full-time, office-based role offering a structured Monday–Friday schedule – no weekend work.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in keeping our sales department running smoothly, ensuring all administrative processes are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing property listings and uploading details to portals
- Preparing sales documentation and compliance paperwork
- Supporting the team with general administration
- Handling inbound calls and client enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
- Assisting with sales progression where required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating with clients.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous administration experience (estate agency experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive and team-focused attitude
