Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business based in Leeds. This is a key role supporting the end-to-end order process, ensuring customers receive a smooth and efficient service from order through to delivery.

The Sales Administrator will:

  • Manage full end-to-end sales order processing
  • Input and track customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfilment
  • Handle customer queries relating to orders, stock, and delivery timelines
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Support the wider sales and operations team with administrative duties

About You:

  • Previous experience in a sales admin / order processing role (manufacturing or similar environment preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using systems and managing multiple priorities
