Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business based in Leeds. This is a key role supporting the end-to-end order process, ensuring customers receive a smooth and efficient service from order through to delivery.
The Sales Administrator will:
- Manage full end-to-end sales order processing
- Input and track customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Handle customer queries relating to orders, stock, and delivery timelines
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support the wider sales and operations team with administrative duties
About You:
- Previous experience in a sales admin / order processing role (manufacturing or similar environment preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using systems and managing multiple priorities
