We’re currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established business based in Heckmondwike. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, end-to-end role and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and accurate order processing.
The RoleAs a Sales Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales order process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing sales orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Liaising with customers to confirm order details, lead times, and updates
- Coordinating with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics)
- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
- Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks
- Previous experience in a sales administration or order processing role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator, both via email and phone
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
- Salary between £26,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday working hours
