We’re currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established business based in Heckmondwike. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, end-to-end role and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and accurate order processing.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales order process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing sales orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
  • Liaising with customers to confirm order details, lead times, and updates
  • Coordinating with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics)
  • Handling customer queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
  • Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks
About You
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or order processing role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, both via email and phone
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
