Sales Administrator

The business operates internationally, primarily across the UK, EMEA, and some Middle East and Asian markets, supplying OEM customers. This role would suit someone with solid sales administration experience and an interest in working within a technical or manufacturing‑led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately on the internal system
- Sending order confirmations and ensuring all order documentation is correct
- Setting up new customers within the CRM system
- Providing basic quotations using established price lists
- Responding to sales enquiries and supporting the Sales Manager when they are out of the office
- Assisting with CRM administration, including basic lead tracking (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Supporting ISO 9001 processes by logging non‑conformities and customer complaints within electronic systems
- Assisting with shipping documentation and order paperwork as holiday cover for the shipping administrator
- General sales administration and ad‑hoc office support as required
