We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our client’s growing team based in Minworth. This position would suit a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and supporting commercial operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, and internal departments while maintaining accurate systems and reporting.

Job Description
• Process sales administration tasks including purchase orders, customer documentation, and internal reporting.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information across ERP systems and customer portals.
• Act as a central point of contact for customer enquiries and provide ongoing administrative support to the Sales team.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, Logistics, and Sales to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
• Assist with sales tracking, KPI reporting and additional account management support when required.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
• Previous administration experience, ideally within a commercial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
