Sales Advisor (Warm Leads) - Dundee
£25,250 Basic + OTE £40,000 (guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
Full-time | 40 hours | Flexible shifts (Mon-Sun)
A leading and rapidly growing automotive finance business is expanding its Dundee team and looking for driven, motivated Sales Advisors to join a high-performing environment.

What You'll Be Doing
* Handling warm inbound leads - no cold calling
* Converting finance applications into completed sales
* Speaking to customers over the phone, email & live chat
* Understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions
* Managing applications from enquiry through to completion
* Delivering excellent customer service throughout

What We're Looking For
* Previous sales or customer service experience (phone-based ideal)
* Experience in a call centre or contact centre is beneficial
* Experience in the motor trade is beneficial
* Target-driven and motivated by commission
* Resilient with the ability to handle objections

* Week 1: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
