We are seeking a results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role in which you will be responsible for both generating leads through digital marketing and closing sales through high-level relationship management.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in interior design and sales sectors. They possess the technical fluency to market high-spec products - ranging from B2C household furniture directly to B2B stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and procurement managers.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Sales or Marketing role (Required).
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in whole-house furnishing and sales to end users and businesses.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems to track leads and social media (LinkedIn/Facebook) to promote our manufacturing capabilities.
- Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to write compelling marketing copy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred).
