Sales Coordinator – Horsham area, West Sussex

£35k-£45k + excellent benefits

The Role

You’ll work closely with senior commercial leaders, acting as the engine behind their day-to-day activity.

Managing communication.
Keeping momentum on deals.
Making sure nothing slips.

It’s part coordination, part account management, part commercial support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing inboxes and customer communication — prioritising what matters
  • Coordinating calls, meetings and customer activity
  • Following up on actions to keep deals moving
  • Preparing proposals and quotes accurately and quickly
  • Building relationships with smaller / developing accounts
  • Supporting tenders and pulling together high-quality submissions
  • Working with marketing on targeted campaigns
  • Helping organise events and customer engagement activity
  • Acting as a true commercial support — not just admin

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales support, internal sales or account management
  • Highly organised — you stay ahead of things, not just react
  • Strong communicator who’s comfortable speaking with customers
  • Commercially aware — you understand how sales works
  • Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a busy, ambitious team

  • Monday to Friday – flexible working between the hours of 8am-5pm
