Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 basic + commission

A fast-paced and growing third-party sales company based in Leicester is looking to appoint a driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join their busy office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and is looking to build a successful career in sales.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through outbound sales activity, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. If you enjoy working in a high-energy environment and have a passion for sales, this role is for you!

• Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored sales solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Accurately update and manage customer information using internal systems/CRM
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to drive overall business performance
• Handle objections confidently and professionally to close sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Target-driven with a competitive and motivated mindset
• Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making
• Resilient, proactive, and positive attitude
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
