Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (office-based)
OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Consultant to join a fast-paced, high-performing property team based in Leeds. This role sits at the front end of the sales process, responsible for handling inbound enquiries and converting interest into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries from prospective buyers, sellers and investors
- Build rapport quickly and professionally with clients over the phone
- Qualify leads and identify genuine opportunities
- Book appointments for senior sales team and valuers
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within internal systems
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all stages of the enquiry process
- Work towards individual and team-based performance targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive and target-driven approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organised with good attention to detail
- A genuine interest in property is advantageous
