A leading machinery dealership is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Coordinator to join their office-based sales team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company where you'll be at the forefront of generating new business.
About Your New Sales Coordinator Role:
- Make outbound calls to new prospects (20+ calls per day) to generate leads and increase sales
- Develop new business relationships
- Assist with marketing efforts to support new business generation
- Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the company’s CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team for follow-ups, proposals, and quotes
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Previous telesales experience, ideally within the Agricultural Industry
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Comfortable with a high volume of calls (20+ calls a day) and proactive lead generation
- Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- A positive, professional attitude with a results-driven mindset
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000
