Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: £24,000 basic - OTE £60,000

Hours: 5 day week - Monday to Saturday, Day off in the week, No Sundays

Location: Guildford

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join our client’s dealership in Guildford. This is a dual-franchise site where you will have the opportunity to sell new & used vehicles. Along with joining two of the most exciting new brands to hit the UK market.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading and innovative brand, with excellent training and development opportunities. We are looking for people with a background in sales or retail. This position has a strong focus on customer service and customer experience, and full training will be provided by the company and the manufacturer.

Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

• Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service.
• Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and fully managed throughout the sales process.
• Advise customers on finance and insurance products, upselling where possible
• To have outstanding knowledge of the brands products and services to ensure the customer receives the best service possible
• To build, manage and maintain a list of viable prospects by maximising all sales leads
• Pro-actively conduct telephone sales activity to generate new prospects and manage customers in the sales cycle.

Key Requirements:

• You will be a target driven-driven and customer-focused sales executive with previous experience within the motor trade, although this is not essential and full training will be provided
• Possess excellent customer facing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Results focused, you will be resilient to manage customer objections and to learn from feedback.
