The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join a fast-paced, commercially focused team. This is a key role where you’ll be responsible for generating new business, developing existing accounts, and playing a direct part in driving revenue growth.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to close, working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality service. While the role is primarily office-based, there will be occasional client visits where required.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
  • Develop and grow existing client accounts to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Source competitive pricing across air, road, and sea freight services
  • Prepare accurate, tailored quotations to meet client requirements
  • Follow up on quotes and opportunities to convert business and secure trial bookings
  • Attend client meetings (office and onsite as required)
  • Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Support wider teams with client communication and account management activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or a target-driven environment
  • Freight / logistics experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Confident, proactive, and motivated to win new business
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple opportunities and work to deadlines
  • Positive team player with a problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic
