The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our busy Sales & Logistics team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where your coordination skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the day-to-day coordination of outbound shipments and customer collections
  • Liaising with third-party transport providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers and couriers, handling queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Raising purchase orders and preparing all relevant shipment documentation
  • Tracking outstanding collections and returns, ensuring they are followed through to completion
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating any updates, changes, or additional charges

About You

  • Strong administrative, organisational, and customer service skills
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Office 365 is beneficial, but not essential – full training will be provided
