The successful candidate will take ownership of sales performance across designated regions and sectors, managing key customer accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Working closely with internal teams, you will help drive commercial success and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue objectives
- Produce accurate sales forecasts and monitor pipeline activity to support business planning
- Analyse sales performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Keep informed of market developments, competitor activity, and emerging industry trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to maximise retention and satisfaction
- Ensure customer requirements are communicated effectively across internal departments
- Support initiatives that improve commercial performance and enhance customer experience
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and targeted market engagement
- Build relationships with prospective clients and nurture opportunities through the sales process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activity, KPIs, and pipeline performance
- Ensure all commercial activities align with company policies, pricing structures, and operational procedures
- Deliver regular progress updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align customer expectations with production capacity and product availability
- Contribute to discussions around product development, customer feedback, and wider business strategy
About You
- Degree qualified, or equivalent, in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Proven track record in sales, account management, and delivering against revenue targets
- Strong ability to develop customer relationships and execute successful sales strategies
- Experience in prospecting, market research, or business development would be advantageous
- Previous exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or technical sales environments is desirable
- Knowledge of the polymer manufacturing sector would be beneficial
