Are you a driven Sales Manager or natural sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving results and creating a winning sales culture within a fast-paced environment?
On offer is the opportunity to join a rapidly growing commercial finance brokerage where you will take ownership of the sales floor, motivate and develop brokers, and play a key role in scaling the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where personality, energy and the ability to get the best out of people matter more than finance industry experience.
In this role, you will manage the daily performance of the broker team, run sales meetings, track KPIs, assist with closes and help create a highly motivated, accountable and successful sales environment. You will work directly alongside senior leadership while earning additional bonus linked to overall team revenue performance.
This role would suit a Sales Manager, Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Recruitment Team Leader or high-performing salesperson looking to step into a leadership role within a high-growth sales business.
The Role
- Manage and motivate a team of sales brokers
- Run daily sales meetings and performance reviews
- Track KPIs, pipeline activity and conversion rates
- Assist team members with closing larger deals
- Create a high-performance and accountable sales culture
- Support onboarding and development of new starters
- Produce sales reports and performance updates
- Work closely with directors on growth strategy
- Office-based role in Corby
- Strong sales leadership or team management experience
- Highly confident, driven and commercially minded
- Natural leader who can motivate and command respect
- Comfortable managing performance and accountability
- Strong communication and coaching ability
- Sales background essential, finance experience not required
- Looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing business
- Based within commuting distance of Corby
