• Lead and develop a small B2B sales team in-office
• Personally drive new business revenue and own key deals

• Experience managing and coaching a small sales team
• Strong track record in new business / B2B service sales
• Comfortable in a player-manager role (player first)
• Ideally sold into facilities management or block/property management
• Based locally to Southend-on-Sea (office-led team)
