Sales Negotiator – Residential Property
Location: Leeds
Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £35,000–£40,000
Hours: Full-time, office-based

The RoleYou’ll take ownership of the full sales journey — from initial enquiry through to completion — working with motivated buyers and sellers in a target-driven environment.
Day to day, you will:
  • Speak with and qualify active buyers
  • Conduct viewings and drive urgency
  • Negotiate offers with confidence and commercial awareness
  • Progress deals through to completion
  • Manage multiple transactions at pace
  • Keep momentum in every deal — no stagnation
This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action and thrives on getting deals over the line.

  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence closing deals
