The RoleYou’ll take ownership of the full sales journey — from initial enquiry through to completion — working with motivated buyers and sellers in a target-driven environment.
Day to day, you will:
- Speak with and qualify active buyers
- Conduct viewings and drive urgency
- Negotiate offers with confidence and commercial awareness
- Progress deals through to completion
- Manage multiple transactions at pace
- Keep momentum in every deal — no stagnation
What You’ll Need
- Experience in estate agency or property sales
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence closing deals
- A proactive, sales-first mindset
- Ability to work at pace and manage volume
- High energy, resilience and a results-driven attitude
