We are currently working with a highly respected independent estate agency in Baker Street that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and commercially driven property professional looking to take the next step in their career within the Central London market.

The Role:

• Managing and growing a residential sales pipeline

• Conducting property viewings and valuations

• Negotiating offers through to completion

• Building strong relationships with buyers, vendors and investors

• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within residential sales

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Highly target-driven and proactive

• Knowledge of the London property market

• Ambitious with a genuine passion for property
