The Role

• Take ownership of your territory, driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities 
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships and become a trusted advisor 
• Generate new business through networking, targeted outreach, referrals, and digital engagement 
• Deliver professional product or service presentations, demonstrating value and solutions to customers 
• Provide consultative recommendations tailored to individual customer needs 
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation through to closing deals 
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience 
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within a sales, account management, or territory-based role 
• Someone who has farming/outdoor/agricultural/machinery knowledge or background
• Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset 
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills 
• Confident negotiation and closing abilities 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised 
• Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively 
• A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
