Winners Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with an innovative and rapidly growing engineering and sustainability business to recruit a Sales & Shipping Co-ordinator for their Cornwall operation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company operating within the waste processing and environmental solutions sector, supporting customers across the UK and global infrastructure markets.

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service, sales support, and operational coordination.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing customer enquiries, processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting the wider sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound customer enquiries and converting them into confirmed orders 

  • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently 

  • Coordinating daily aggregate deliveries with the yard, weighbridge, and drivers 

  • Acting as the link between sales and operations to ensure smooth workflow 

  • Providing quotations and supporting customer follow-ups 

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information 

  • Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business 

  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts 

  • Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner 

  • Supporting the sales team with appointment generation and administration

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within administration, sales support, logistics, shipping, transport coordination, or customer service 

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 

  • A proactive and commercially aware approach 

  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively within a busy environment
