Job Description
- Manage sales inbox enquiries and respond promptly to customers
- Log and update customer interactions in the CRM system
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate teams
- Prepare and process quotations, including supplier follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer responses
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Experienced in managing high-volume workloads with accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in IT systems, including ERP platforms
