Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Sales Administrator to join a well‑established Chesterfield‑based organisation. This role suits someone with strong administrative, processing, internal sales, or customer service experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑focused environment. You’ll join a supportive, close‑knit team with hybrid working available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all sales administration enquiries

  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships across multiple brands

  • Support new business opportunities and gather market information

  • Negotiate pricing and maintain accurate price lists

  • Manage a basket of customer accounts and ensure excellent service

  • Process orders, maintain an accurate order book, and support sourcing activities

  • Prioritise a high volume of email‑driven tasks

  • Attend internal and external meetings via Teams

  • Occasional customer site visits with a colleague (no transport required)

Skills & Experience

  • Internal sales or customer service experience

  • Ability to work in a busy environment with short turnaround tasks

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and influencing ability

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proactive, confident, and able to work to tight deadlines

  • SAP experience desirable but not essential

  • Strong team player with a positive, professional approach
