So, what will you be doing?

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to account managers
  • Assisting with preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate internal records
  • Supporting communication between customers, suppliers, operations, and sales teams
  • Tracking project progress to ensure smooth delivery
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Helpful extras

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Confidence working across multiple teams and coordinating information
