Sales Support & CRM Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, customer coordination, CRM management, and supporting a busy commercial function.

This is a maternity cover contract for a period of 12 months and is offered on a full or part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales and marketing support tickets
  • Maintaining and updating CRM records accurately
  • Supporting the sales process with quotes, orders, and documentation
  • Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting activities
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Supporting wider sales, marketing, and operational teams
  • Contributing to process improvements and team efficiency

The Successful Candidate:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

This role would suit someone from a customer service, sales support, administration, or operations background who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
