Our client are specialists in their market sector, they are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join them on a permanent basis.

Ideally applicants will have sales experience within engineering/manufacturing.

The Job you’ll do

  • Responsible for managing the preparation of accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for the company’s products and services.
  • This role supports the sales team by ensuring all estimates align with project requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives.
  • Responsibilities to include:
  • Team Leadership & Supervision.
  • Reporting & KPIs.
  • Cost Estimation and Preparation.
  • Sales Support.
  • Order Processing.
  • Customer Communication.
  • Technical Documentation.
  • Sales Reporting.

About You

  • Proven experience in a technical estimating, sales support or project costing role.
  • Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Well organised and punctual
  • Excellent people/communication skills
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a keenness for professional self-development
  • A thirst to take on growing responsibilities and projects.
