Must have’s

• Proven experience in sales leadership (minimum 5 years at team leader or management level)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced IT skills, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Experience producing and presenting reports at board level

• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities
