About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Trainer to join a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a key role focused on developing the performance of a dynamic sales team through structured training, coaching, and ongoing development.

You’ll be responsible for onboarding new starters, improving conversion rates, and embedding a high-performance sales culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging onboarding programmes for new sales hires
  • Design and implement ongoing training sessions to improve performance
  • Provide 1-2-1 coaching and feedback to sales team members
  • Monitor KPIs and identify areas for development
  • Support team leaders in driving consistency and quality across the team
  • Continuously refine training materials and sales processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a sales training or coaching role
  • Strong background in a target-driven sales environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and develop individuals at all levels
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps
  • High energy and a passion for developing people
