Salesforce/SFI Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with experience of the Salesforce Industries(SFI/Vlocity) platform, within the Insurance domain.

• Strong expertise in the Salesforce Platform, including:
  • Sales /Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce data model and security model
  • Role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles/permission sets
  • DevOps, release management, and deployment processes

OmniStudio / Vlocity

• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity), including:
  • OmniScripts
  • Integration Procedures
  • DataRaptors
  • FlexCards
• Experience designing digital journeys and guided processes for insurance use cases.

Integration / MuleSoft

• Strong experience in integration architecture and MuleSoft (Preferred) .
• Experience designing and implementing:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Event-driven and batch integration patterns
  • Real-time and asynchronous integrations
  • Data synchronisation and middleware orchestration
• Ability to define integration patterns, error handling, monitoring, and security controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Insurance-specific Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with CRM Analytics, Salesforce Shield, and data governance considerations.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and integration best practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Domain – Insurance . Environment : Vlocity/Managed package environment

Ideally – 1 to 2 days/week in London office, but this can be flexible.
